Other Aliases:Most commonly Kharn, his title as the leader of the Barbarian Tribe. Before he was known as Tryte of the Ravaging Wave
Species: Unknown, assumed Human
Sexual Orientation: Straight
Moral Alignment: Evil
Height: 6ft 5
Weight: 300 pounds
Eyes Color: Gold
Hair Color: White
Aura Color: Blood red, violently pulsing
Face Claim: Barbarian from Diablo III
Personality: Toraito is self absorbed to the extreme, ever since he became the Barbarian King (or 'Kharn') he's only cared for his own whims and desires as is the tribe's way. Entire planets have been crushed in his rampage across the galaxy, the power of the rage blowing through him and any who choose to join his clan. He has next to no regard for other people but a level of respect for powerful fighters. He's been known to recruit any who show sufficient might to his side and to let weakling join as a false pretense to get what he needs from them. His total selfish fixation is only balanced by the love he has for his tribe. All who fight under the banner of their Kharn are Toraito's people and he allows them incredible leniency. Provided they don't conflict with his own desires he lets them do whatever they want.
His greed is legendary, his wrath terrible, his honour almost imaginary.
Yet there's something about Toraito that doesn't sit well with people, as though there are unseen depths to the dreaded Kharn.
For whatever reason, he's come to Eden for something valuable and what relationship he has with the girl 'Keya' from Generica is unknown.
Weapons and Equipment:
Kharn's Blade- Made from a unique alloy that renders it capable of cutting feats previously believed impossible. The golden blade is the envy of many and posessed only by the current Kharn.
Kharn's Armour- It doesn't cover much but the Kharn's armour is ceremonial. And sharp.
Brutal combatant- Toraito is an incredibly skilled fighter, though he lacks the finesse of the martial artists of Eden, he has a canny skill and ferocity that makes him a match for even the most well trained master. Instinctive combat is always going to beat trained...
Rally the Horde- Toraito is an effective leader of his tribe precisely because he keeps them on an incredibly long leash. They can do what they want AND have back-up from the scariest guy in the galaxy? Why wouldn't they do like he asks?
Tactitian- You may not know it to look at him, but Toraito is sharp as a knife in the mental department. He'll see a weakness and exploit it in seconds.
Relationship Status: Unknown
Occupation: Kharn of the Barbarian Tribe.
Place Of Birth: Unknown
The Barbarian Tribe. It doesn't have a name, only a title. The leader of the tribe is known as the Kharn. That is how it has always been. It is how it shall always be. The Kharn decides what shall be done to the worlds of this cosmos. Power is the only rule.
There was a man once. Nobody knew where he'd come from, he had black hair and a scowl and a tattoo across his shoulder. He challenged the Kharn to a duel and with an attack called Hakaiha, the Ravaging Wave, the warrior slew the Kharn. And so this man became the new Kharn. It hadn't been his intention, but he soon saw the danger of having these warriors on his homeworld and so he took his family and left his world. To journey among the stars.
What became of this man? Maybe he was killed and the man who known holds the golden sword is a totally different individual. Certainly, it's known that his family left. For years, the Kharn has wandered the galaxies looking for something. Planets crushed in his wake, what is it? What could the destroyer of world's possibly be looking for?
And should Eden be worried that his tribe is very close...
Laser Vision- The ability to fire beams of energy from his eyes
Flight- Ability to fly
Sense energy- The ability to sense the energy of living beings and track them
The Rage- The power source for the Kharn and all who serve him, The Rage is a primal font of Ki power that can be accessed by those who follow the barbarians. Dark red in colour, the Barbarians can choose to use this energy to supplement themselves. Posessing the Rage makes a fighter inherently tougher and more endurable than the average warrior. While not a transformation, it means at a baseline while they may not be as fast as other warriors they are incredibly endurable and have a far higher pain tolerance. It also makes their ki inherently burn, damaging opponents unless they shield with their own auras. Posessing the Rage allows the user to launch balls and beams of the energy by it's very nature.
Reciprocate- A power of the Rage, any attack the Kharn recieves will be felt by the dealer. Effectively, any damage done to Toraito is done to the perportrator and vice-versa. So if Toraito is using the Reciprocate power and strikes an opponent in the face, he'll take damage too. Unfortunately, due to the Rage, Toraito can take a lot more punishment than his opponents... If the opponent attempts to avoid recieving repurcussions, Toraito will likewise recieve the benefit (i.e. if they set Toraito on fire, they would be too. If they put themselves out, the fire on Toraito goes out too). This was originally a technique designed to stop fighting but fuelled by the rage all it does is mutually assure destruction. It requires the opponent to also be enraged for the ability to activate, and then make contact with either Ki filled with the Rage or physical contact with a Barbarian.
Hakaiha- The Ravaging Wave, Toraito focuses energy into one hand and with his palm open and fingers stretched releases a solid wall of crimson energy. This energy will ignite or explode whatever it passes through for around 200 feet. It can be shielded by Ki but it does collossal amounts of damage to buildings and civilians. There is a denser version used to blast opponents too and originally one using Ki not rage, though whether Toraito knows it or not is unclear...
Never Ending- As long as he has the will to fight, Toraito can't die. His body will heal through the Rage and he cannot be killed. Damaged, yes. Slain? Well, it's never been done before...
The Magic Bottle of Erillma- A special glass bottle that can be used to capture sentient people and hold them in a magical stasis. It's not perfect, it can only be used to absorb and once stoppered has to have the current occupants released before it can be used again. Of course, Kharn usually releases them into the sun...
The Dying of the Light- The Finishing Move that has wiped out planets. A bomb of energy fuelled by all the rage and hatred locked up inside the Barbarian Tribe's hearts. It functions like the Hakaiha, passing through the planet and detonating the core while destroying everything in it's path on the way down. Can be blocked but it'd need a lot of power to do so.
