Mirakel had been in the company of many strange people, but none quite as ecclectic as his current companions. With him were three humans, two from some planet Earth, a werewolf of some kind, and a creature who could turn herself into mist. If she had any other abilities, Mirakel was unaware of them as of yet, but they all seemed, for the most part, to be trustworthy individuals...
Except Lunas. He didn't really seem to be trustworthy so much as he was inquisitive about their current journey. Mirakel definitely wanted to keep his eye on the werewolf, since he appeared to be more inclined to pranks, maybe even the cruel joke or two. The wastelander wasn't too terribly strong, but he was sure that he would be able to deal with the lycanthrope in good humor. For now, he was just glad to be moving, have his feet carrying him in a definite direction, and to have his mind set on a specific goal. Keeping himself busy always made for a good day.
They were traveling south-west through Celena, and though it would have been a wonderful detour, he decided that they would circumvent Leilah's Field in favor of time. They would move mostly through the unclaimed territory, then enter Metropazia nearer the south-east border between it and Hamhland. Mirakel hoped to move as quickly through the technological empire as possible before T.H.R.E.A.T. discovered they, and especially he, were there. They would jump then off the coast to Ai, the most western Island of Liebe, where they would be safe to recover, reconoiter, and move on to the Central Contient. Mirakel hoped, once there, they would be able to gain passage into the center of Albandia from one of the trading forts. Sure, it'd be easy enough just to fly there, but personal experience has taught Mirakel that flying through the heat can be just as bad as walking in it.
Mirakel looked back at the group, leading it being the easiest way of making sure they stayed on track, and his eye caught the form of Layna, one of the newer additions to the group, and his mind caught on her for a moment. He slowed his pace, dropping back to match his stride with her movements. "So, Layna, where exactly are you from?"
