(OOC: Right this is mine and Ceres joint entry to the contest ok, we had to change a few things about how we are together and where we are from the RPG at the moment to fit with the story but nothing other than that, this is set in the future…..hopefully lol).
*Zack just sat there, sat there in his favourite chair watching the spots channel, it was a Sunday afternoon, which meant it was a day to relax from the busy, daily trails of work and was his key to relax for the day. Resting the Television remote down at his side on the arm of the chair and a cool, refreshing can of beer on the opposite side he slouched down into the comfortable material that the chair was made of, it was turning out to be a most perfect Sunday afternoon, if not one of the best kinds. There were noises somewhere behind him but he took no noticed as they seemed and sounded to be from another room or even maybe upstairs above him, out loud he spoke to himself, he really didn’t know if Ceres could hear him but he couldn’t care less really, nothing could spoil the day he was currently having*
“God what’s she fussing around with now? Why can’t women just relax on a Sunday?!”
*He had finally thought of a way he could enjoy his T.V. time without it being ruined by the noise that Ceres seemed to be making, he turned the volume of the television all the way up to the max to drown out the horrible struggling noise that he could hear coming from what now seemed to be above him somewhere upstairs, when suddenly the noise seemed to stop and was replaced with an even louder crashing sound instead, the noise was even louder than the max volume of his television and the sudden change in the volume of the noise almost scared Zack as he nearly fell out of his chair onto the floor causing him to spill his beer all over the shop, on his favourite chair, on the new carpet and most of all, all over himself, lifting his arms out in a sort of protest of his innocents he realised that there was absolutely know one there to protest to, finally realising this he slowly lowered his arms trying for some reason not to get them wet on the spilt beer. Grabbing the can he lifted it to his mouth to see if he could intend salvage any last remaining drops of sweet beer but alas there was none and the can was indeed empty, he began to laugh slightly as he crushed the empty can in his fist, he was not laughing because he thought the current events funny but more that he was laughing as he thought that life was slightly ironic*
“How could such a perfect day reach this in such a short amount of time?”
*Zack said to himself as his laughter slowly began to die down, the television volume was still up as loud as it could possibly go and still the struggling noise, which had now been mixed with a loud crashing noise raged over it. Sitting on the floor Zack finally made his mind up and decided on the action he had to take to put an end to all of the noise that seemed to be the start of the ruin to his perfect Sunday, the only action in fact, he decided to consult Ceres on what she was doing upstairs that could make so much noise and hassle that the ceiling could vibrate from it. Briefly talking to himself for a short second once more he then proceeded to shout out at the top of his lungs to grab her attention*
“Well this will probably be the end to MY Sunday to relax but there seems to be no other way around this……*sigh* CERES! WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU UP TOO UP THERE?! ARE YOU FIGHTING SOMETHING OR KILLING SOMEONE!?….”
*Zack waited in his position on the floor rather impatiently for Ceres to reply, he didn’t want to miss his day of relaxation, as it was said you had to in the bible and also it gave him an extra chance to be even more lazier than he already was and that in itself took work, but in that case he would always make an exception*
