[/color][/font][/center]Basic Abilities
Psionic Energy Converter: The entirety of Brandon’s powers is based from this singular power. Using certain sub-conscious regions of his brain, he is able to psychically convert the energy inherent in the physics of the universe from one form to another. For example, he is able to convert a falling object’s kinetic energy into potential energy, and back into kinetic again, only this time in a different direction. By doing this in small doses, it also gives the appearance that he can “manipulate” the energy as one might an element.
Hyper-thermal Shock: Not to be confused with Pyrokinesis, whenever Brandon is either moving or falling, he can instantly convert that energy into a sudden burst of Heat energy. Usually, he will do this to either create a distraction of some kind, create a flame for a campfire, but if he really needs to he can use it as a form of attack, blasting a large amount of Heat energy at a general area.
Advanced Abilities
Potential Detonation: Essentially, Brandon converts any and all stored potential energy within an object, be it chemical or nuclear, instantly into a chaotic burst of Motion, Sound, Heat, Light energy, or any equal combination of the three. To achieve an explosion equal to that of a flash-bang grenade, the object must be no smaller or larger than twice the size of a grain of sand.
Gravity Well: When the mood gets too heavy to handle, Brandon is capable of transforming the accumulated kinetic energy within a twenty-foot radius to triple the gravitational pull of the planet in a five-foot diameter. This requires great initial concentration, but he can make his getaway due to its self-sustainment of five seconds.
Velotic Burst: Sometimes speed is key for survival, so when he must, Brandon may, in the course of a split second, convert all gravitational potential energy acting upon an item into directional Motion energy. This is usually used on objects other than his own body, as the sudden change of momentum causes his connective and soft tissues to break down. Painfully.
Momentous Sypher: If an object is coming at him insanely fast, he knows instinctively that either he needs to move out of its way, or get it to stop. Fortunately, by essentially running his Velotic Burst in reverse, he can greatly slow an object’s movement by dissipating its Motion energy as Heat, Sound, or Gravitational potential. Any object the size of a bowling ball or smaller will come to a stop after twenty feet, anything larger after a distance proportional to its weight.
Lifestream Redirect: Ki attacks are the most pure, concentrated form of energy used as attacks of varying intensity. As such, Ki is subject to the same laws of physics as any other kind of energy. With his unique ability to manipulate energy, Brandon has the capacity to alter its composition. Unfortunately, the very nature of Ki as life force makes it a new kind of energy that limits Brandon's control. As such, the most he can manage is to deflect weak to medium-strength attacks away from himself. The stronger the attack, the less he can mess with it.
Ultimate Abilities
Gyro-Blast Electrastorm: This is definitely Brandon’s riskiest move. In his travels, he has come to believe that the most pervasive form of energy is that of Electricity, the energy between opposite charges that draws them together. By sacrificing the Heat and Chemical energy of his own body, he can build up a positive charge along any part of his body, and a negative charge anywhere within a ten-foot radius. As soon as the positive charge has an opposite, the burst of electricity will be comparable to twenty lightning strikes. Unless he is really careful, it is possible for his body to go into shock or hypothermia, or even both.
